Forever Grateful

Janice helped me buy my house when I thought that with my situation,
being disabled, being a single mother and on disabilty at 33, I was
sure that after my divorce, I would be renting forever. I saw Janices'
ad and decided to call, the worse she could say is no, which I heard
from banks before, but for my childs sake, I had to try. I owned
before, but since becoming disabled, banks wouldn't give me a chance.
I met with Janice and told her my situation, she told me what she
could do and that she may be able to help. I was a little skeptical,
cause I was told I couldn't get a mortgage, anyway long story
shortened, I have the house that I absolutely love, and thanks to
Janice LeBroad, my hopeless dream, she made a reality for me. I am and
always will be thankful I made that one last call and found Janice
LeBroad. Thank you Janice for making my dream a reality and now I have
a great house that my daughter can keep in our family for many many
years..

We were skeptical

One night while I was looking on Craigslist I saw an ad for a house I was interested in and took down the number.  When I spoke to my husband about it he was hesitant due to the difficult process we endured a year earlier when trying to buy a house.  However, I still called and that is the first time I spoke with Janice.  She explained everything to me. Although the hesitant, my husband and I set up an appointment to meet with Janice at the house after being able to view the house our roles become reversed.  While my husband saw promise for us I became more skeptical due to the inside appearance.  However, Janice was able to gain our trust and convince us that everything would get done to our expectations.  The day of our closing work was still being done, but we continued to believe in Janice and that are house was going to look beautiful in the end.  With no bathroom or kitchen on Nov 20^th patience was thinning, but on Dec 5^th it was all worth it when walked into our beautiful new home. Everything was perfect. It was such a fulfilling process to know that we trusted someone we only knew for a short period of time with completing one of our dreams.  We are very thankful for such a positive experience and will never forget it.
